All are welcome at our SPRING PLANT SALE!

Milford is a food desert. One of our goals is to help supply opportunities to grow your own fresh and healthy produce for our entire community.

We partner with the Wawasee High School horticulture classes and FFA to bring a wonderful Plant Sale to our Milford Community. These students start the veggies and flowers for us in their greenhouse. We host a plant sale in the Spring on our patio. All the proceeds from that sale go towards a Wawasee High School scholarship for a graduating senior that was involved in 4H, FFA, or Agriculture classes.

During the Spring and Summer seasons, we grow veggies in our own garden to use in our shop as well as share. We want ALL families in our community to have the chance to benefit from this produce regardless of income. We offer a limited amount of produce for a free will donation.

Excess produce is shared with the Milford Food Bank. We try our hardest to minimize any waste – anything that is past it’s prime is then composted and used as fertilizer in our vegetable garden.
