Plant Sale Thank You….

Thank you to the High School FFA group that grew and donated plants for our plant sale this last month.  The plants were beautiful and big and sold like crazy.  We made about $500 for Harvest with a Heart…the best we have ever done! We so appreciate the students working to make the plants grow so well and then turning them over to us to sell. We are glad that we can thank them by offering a $200 scholarship each year to a graduating senior who has been a part of FFA or 4-H throughout their schooling.  Thank you to Lisa Weisser and Sharon Fouts, who helped both days and organize the whole thing each year. We are glad the weather was so nice and people were able to come out and support us.  We hope that many of them decided to “Grow a Row” for Harvest and we will see them donating their produce when market opens mid-July.  Thanks again for all the support from our community….you are awesome!!
